Size up if you want to look like the model in the picture. This shirt wont work if you like to layer unless you are putting something over it. The hood is not adjustable, it also flops around if you go for a run in it.
Aside from those issues it feels good. Doesn't rub your nipples into oblivion. I didnt sweat super hard when I went for a light jog this afternoon. May be too cold to run in the morning with just a single layer. I wouldn't personally recommend it below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. But I don't do too well in the cold.
Now I just need to lose some more weight so it fits a little looser.

I am very impressed by this shirt. It has a nice athletic cut and the length of the torso and sleeves is perfect for me. For reference I'm 5'11" and about 180lbs. I usually just wear this shirt around on cooler days because it's comfortable and looks good. However I have worn it for playing soccer as a base layer and it was great. The hood was an added bonus since I could use it during warmups and when subbed out of the game.
The pattern on the shoulders is subtle but nice. I wore this shirt at least a dozen times this past winter and it has held up very well. No loose threads or any quality issues at all.

Have you ever pulled a sticker off your clothes and it leaves a weird residue or outline of the sticker? Across the chest I see this outline of where the front label was likely placed onto the shirt and it won't come off. It's not super noticeable but noticeable enough to bother me. I only wear this shirt to the gym so I can live with it because everything else about it is perfect from the fit to the material.
