It's very comfortable. I decided on 12lbs because it gives me just enough weight to make me feel it. For my first day, I wore it just about all day. It's not as bulky as my last weighted vest. It feels balanced and I don't have to readjust as I walk around. So far, so good.

I'm really enjoying this 12lb vest so far. It's been great for strength training and treadmill walking. Definitely don't recommend trying to run in it as it is pretty loose if you have a smaller frame. I also couldn't do any sort of jumping (ex: burpees) since it moves and slides up on me. It's comfortable otherwise. If you're looking for something to add some extra sweat to your workouts, this vest is great!

I'm a small female and this was way heavier than I expected it to be. I weigh about 110 lbs, and I ordered the 20lb pack, which is about 20% of my body weight. Know that the weight while it may seem small online, actually is a significant amount when worn on your body.
I have worn this every day since I got it for a vigorous 30 minute walk around my neighborhood and I can feel the difference in my health already. My legs are certainly getting a good work out in.
It's very comfortable and the pockets on the back (and the attachable Velcro pocket) are convenient. Only downside is that I wish it had a mesh pocket on one of the front straps instead, as I don't like having something on my back inaccessible and the attachable pocket is slightly uncomfortable when worn on the chest strap. Also the straps are in the right places on the chest as not to be annoying, uncomfortable, or in the way (even without a supportive bra on).
I looked at many other vests, and found this one was one of the most reasonably priced for the quality. I do wish it was slightly adjustable in weight, but that's usually pretty rare to find in a vest like this. Seems like the material is long lasting, but I will provide an update on that after wearing it for longer.
