I ordered this kit, hoping I can use all the items for a job, the tape and wire were good but unfortunately the Cutter?!!! It appears to be used =( it looks old and dull and it doesn't even cut the small wire it came in the package?? Very disappointed with the product
The wire is pretty sturdy and holds the flowers in place well
