Keeps mosquitos away

Just a couple of drops of this lemon eucalyptus oil are sufficient to repel mosquitos when I take my dogs on a walk. Very strong scent. You probably wouldn't want to use it for aromatherapy.

I got lemon eucalyptus to help repel the insects! Ugh it's that time of the year again! Smells nice and it's working!!!! I have been using patchouli for years in place of deodorant. This brand is by far my favorite it has a nice deep earthy smell and lasts all day provided im not doing real physical stuff, then i need to use a bit more later in the day. The dropper that comes with it is pretty much useless, it will melt after a while, so I don't even bother. I just keep the poly cap and pour a puddle in to my hands.

I love this stuff! I have tried several other patchouli oils and the scent of this dark is without a doubt my favorite. It only takes half a dozen drops (I apply undiluted without issue) for a long lasting heavenly scent. The only issue I have, as others have stated, the rubber dropper deteriorates and the oil goes bad.
My first bottle of this went bad after using only about 1/3 of it, I was very disappointed and didn't order the big bottle again although I have used several small bottles.
What ya gotta know is this, I recently learned that you should never store any essential oil in a bottle with a rubber stopper because the oil will deteriorate the rubber allowing the oil to oxidize and go rancid. YUCK! Don't put that on ya!
Now that I know I should put the other cap back on when I am done using it, I am buying the 4 oz bottle again!
