Good box, plastic is a little flimsy

Good box for lights. It's very easy to assemble. We chose this box over others because it has plastic spools instead of cardboard, but the plastic was thinner and more flimsy than expect. Although flimsy, the spools held several 100 count strands of mini lights, and even had room to spare. A zipper lid would have been nicer, but this lid fits tightly enough it should work fine. The canvas feels like it can handle a good bit of wear.

Light Storage Box Suitable for other storage

I purchased this box and used it for storage of holiday serving pieces. I cut corrugated cardboard as dividers between layers and used bubble wrap for each serving dish. The zippered top is fabric only, no protective/rigid layer like there is on the sides of the box; so I cut a piece of cardboard to fit and it works perfectly. Handles are convenient and allow me to securely carry the box as it gets heavy when filled with serving pieces, ceramic cookie plates, etc. There's a plastic sleeve on the side of the box to add a label.
