Don't fall for this junk. First off the LED might make 1800 lumens. I don't know, but I doubt it. If it does, it does a terrible job of casting the light. On the most direct beam it throws the same distance as a 500 lumen streamlight i have. This direct beam of light is square in shape and very narrow. The streamlight has a full wide beam and direct beam of light simultaneously and also casts just as far.

I tested this into the woods and tried all the different battery options this light takes.

As you widen the beam the flashlight no longer provides light in the middle of the beam. Basically makes a donut shaped light. Dark in the middle, light around the edges.

I have an older led mag lite puting out under 200 lumens that casts farther than both these lights and the streamlight when the beam is focused.

These are cheap, may be ok if you just want a cheap flashlight. I honestly think you would be better off with a mag-lite.

These are fairly small, but twice the size of the streamlight, which is also 4x the price of one of these, but I feel worth it.

I didn't do any durability testing or anything. I have a friend with one of these that left it in a muddy puddle over night when we camped and it worked the next day. I would say it is moderately durable short term at least.

I was hoping for a cheap super bright light to play around with. This is a cheap light that is not nearly as bright as you would be led to believe with the 1800 lumen rating. The beam is not very usable as you either have a very direct square shaped beam, or a broad donut with a dark center.

I tried both lights with all possible battery combinations hoping one was brighter, it wasn't.

If you want inexpensive, get a mag-lite. They are durable and have great cast despite modest lumen ratings.

If you want bright, spend the money and buy a Fenix, streamlight or something. I like the streamlight protac 2l-x. Bright as these flashlights but very usable beam and reliable.

I have $12 flashlights from Walmart that are better than these.

These just don't deliver what I need in a flashlight.

I walk my dog at night and recently there was a couple of pitbulls that killed two dogs in our neighborhood, so everybody is on guard. My husband bought this for me because he wishes I wouldn't walk our dog at night but that really isn't a choice when it gets dark in the winter @ 5:00 in AZ. This flashlight shines two blocks down the street, so if I hear a noise, I can immediately react. (I also carry pepper spray.). The best part is it adjusts from a small square of light by your feet, all the way up to a band of light almost as wide as the street.

Really nice set of flashlights. Got these for my son who is s Boy Scout and pleasantly surprised these have a zoom - which comes in handy for camping. Light is very bright, and flashlights are metal and very sturdy for my rough and tough little boy! Hold 3 triple A batteries not included but you can purchase those on amazon for almost nothing. Great buy! Highly recommend:)

This is so bright! Do Not look into lens! I was very impressed at how bright and wide this little flash flight can go. It has the ability to use several different types of batteries. The flashing mode reminds me of a movie where the actor had it while taking out bad guys. All in all a great flash light. Not cheap materials. High quality lens and led.

My husband has been wanting tactical flashlights for awhile and we weren't sure about ordering one online. Well I must say to our surprise these little flashlights are absolutely the best investment.
