I got these in the white with blk & red sprinkles and they are very cute. I have a 7-7.5 foot but ordered a size 8 because Katy Perry shoes always run small and narrow. The size 8 isd a good fit. The shoes are a bit stiff like other reviewer said but it's just the glue and sprinkles and for me doesnt affect the comfort of the shoe and I think it'll loosen as its worn. It would be better with a pull tab on the heel though since the tongue is stiff at first. You have to loosen the strings and pull tongue up to get on properly but once you do, the fit seems very normal to me and it is not a narrow width like most of her shoes. The footbed is average padding like any sneaker in this style. There is no arch, which is great for my flat foot but a lot of people want arch support - this has none. That said, you can always use an insert. There is also plenty of room in the toe area (as long as you aren't one of those people who orders shoes too small). If they are tight, the heel will probably rub but if not, they are fine. I'd say they are medium comfort, not bad but not super comfy either.
They seem to be constructed well and the sprinkles dont seem like they would comes off at all, they are glued in pretty well.I can't decide if they are worth the $70 I paid though, if they were $40, I could see keeping them, but I'm kinda on the fence about them now.

Start with the positive: they are super cute! I love the color and the slight sparkle.
Negative: they are the stiffest sneakers I have ever owned. Not sure if they will ever break in.
None of my no-socks work with them. Tried barefoot, felt like they were going to rub the sided of my feet raw.
Tried them with regular trouser socks, they got yanked down and gathered under my foot.
Not ready to give up on them yet......
