I love York peppermint patties! These however, were delivered to a place at our home we never receive packages, and therefore we didn't find them until later in the day when we went to search for them. We had been checking the tracking through the day as we wanted to make sure we brought them in as soon as they arrived. It's still a little warm here in Arizona. When the tracking indicated they had been delivered and they weren't at the front door, we figured maybe they had been stolen. I still had high hopes that they weren't melted as several of the reviews I had read said that they were delivered with cool packs inside the box. But, these did not have cool packs so they were pretty melted when we finally found them. Oh, well, they still taste pretty good although they don't look very good!

Love these! I've never been huge on candy bars or ice cream type treats but sometimes I like a little taste after a meal and I do really like chocolate mints. I have one of these minis almost every evening after dinner and it satisfies all my little post-meal/evening treat cravings. Really even just a half of one does the trick for me since now my 2-year son steals the rest. Pretty sure he loves them even more than me now. I buy the big packs off subscribe-and-save and store them in the freezer. Take one out one at a time and it really only takes a couple minutes before they are thaw enough to eat. Enjoy and pretty guilt free.

Being a dark chocolate nut case I've had a thing about YORK Peppermint patties for years. This size container makes satisfying my craving a bargain! Now a word of caution: If you buy this product during the time of year it is hot, get the box out of the heat ASAP. Though the product is well insulated and three ice packs are thrown in for good measure chocolate just doesn't fair well in prolonged heat. Enjoy!

In case your wondering if these will melt, they wont. Mine stayed on a ups truck all day and the temp.was in the low 90s. The package was so well insulated that when i opened it,the cold air from the ice packs hit me in the face. Candy was super fresh and shipping was fast. I will not hesitate to use this seller again.

I'm giving them 5 stars even though they arrived melted but edible. I know you tried with the ice pack and a great packing job, but it was no match for the 103 degree heat in AZ the day they arrived. We were visiting in Prescott where they were delivered and those kind of temps are very unusual for that area. I'm still enjoying them even with their deformities.
