I've always used cheap, thin twin blankets to sleep with because I get too hot. I don't like heavy comforters but I bought one just to use with this and the duvet cover is just so lovely. It is silky without the static that I despise in comforters, very comfortable and cool on my skin, but if I get under it completely, it is very warm. But really I bought this for the design and it is absolutely gorgeous. I love having it in my bedroom.
