The pulley itself works well, is light on its own and very compact. The tips of the hooks on the bungees, however, came off the first day. Yes, you can put them back on, but I suspect they'll be lost after a few uses and then poke into things.

I specifically use this to move plant pots around. It is way easier using this product than the platforms with wheels. We have used this to move office boxes. It is not meant to carry really heavy loads. Bottom line it works perfectly for what I needed it for.
