This is the best electric knife I've ever used. I used it this weekend to carve a rump roast and it sliced it beautifully. I also like the way it stands up instead of lying on its side. Great product and yes I would buy it again.

I was looking for an electric knife that had a separate handle instead of the typical one piece. When your carving up a chicken or turkey and your hands get so greasy, these other knives become so difficult to hold on to.
This knife seems fairly well made, the blades are about an inch shorter then my previous knife, and they are scary sharp. There is also two sets, one very coarse for cutting frozen meat, the other for bread. The bread blades are what you would use for cutting cooked meats.
The power button on this knife is a nuisance and cost one star on the review. You need to hold the interlock under the handle while pressing this little thumb button that takes quite a bit of pressure.
If the manufacturer would eliminate the interlock and make the thumb button larger and easier to press, it would be a winner.

Love the handle, but the blades are lide saws.

I used this to slice a whole turkey. The handle is great and I find it more comfortable to use than a straight handle. I wish that I would have thought to post a photo of the slices turkey, as the blade teeth are made like a saw and left the turkey slices looking like rough-sawn wood. There are two blades that are included with this product, and both blades are exactly the same. There needs to be an improvement with the blades.
