Good Light. Good Price.

I've been using this over my board for a few weeks now and it has proven to be an excellent lamp. It was easy to install though I found the heads of the screws easy to strip. It is important to use the right screwdriver and to screw them in by hand into predrilled holes. The lighting this provides is very good. There are shadows but that has to be expected given the overhead position of the light. Only a ring light would completely eliminate shadows. The three lamps can be adjusted to give even coverage to the board. Nice feature. The whole thing can be flipped over but I found this feature to be unnecessary for my setup. The ON/OFF switch is easy for me to reach. Changing batteries will require a step stool.

We had the light about 2 months and one of the lights started flickering, then went out. There was no way to change the build that we could tell, so we had to buy another one.

If you enjoy playing darts this is a great product. I make my own dartboards and this is the best light I have found . The 3 lights are slightly adjustable so you can point them at different sections of the board. Stores away nicely on the top. Takes 4 AA batteries, not included. Does include the mounting hardware.
Light Could Be Brighter

This light could have used two more bulbs (5 instead of 3). If you mount it on the top of your cabinet, expect it to be very close to the "double 20 out." This made you very hesitant about throwing at the top numbers because you were afraid you would hit the light. To tackle this problem, I installed a 1 inch spacer board to the top of the cabinet and mounted the light on top of it which raised the light up. This corrected the problem. I am using the AC adapter instead of relying on the battery operation mode. I just cannot image the batteries lasting very long. One thing I am not sure about is whether the bulbs are replaceable when they burn out.

Even though the LED lights are smaller than what they appear as advertised they would be compared to the size of a quarter. Very bright lights with slight adjustability. Easy to mount. Very slight shadowing if at all, barely noticeable. Cannot comment on battery use, for using the AC adapter. Lights up entire board very well. I'm very pleased with this product. As a prime member shipping was fast and product was intact with no damage. I would highly recommend this light to any Dart enthusiast.
