I mean overall. It's protection. Better than a shirt alone but it's very cheap material compared to actual paintball gear. Im a medium and it fits okay but kinda tight. Would say SIZE UP if you want some wiggle room. But does get hot of course I feel like it will tear after a few uses so if your looking for something to use ober and over again I was say save your money and invest in some better gear

I bought this padded shirt for my fiancé because she plays tackle football. The shirt lasted through the first season, but coming into the second season the sewing around the pads have started to unravel exposing the pads underneath. Other than that the shirt kept her warm in the winter months and provided extra protection from hits.

The padding is decent, although I wish it was also on top of the shoulder. For $30, you can't beat it. I bought and took back a padded short sleeve shirt I got from a retailer that was not as good, and it was $40. I wear a mens L and decided to buy an XL and it fits well.

Use for mens league ice hockey in lieu of shoulder pads as there is no hitting, Love them. The elbow pads make area a tad tight but other than that I have no issues. Protect yourself.
