Definitely a waste of money. Barely puts off any air. If you have any kind of heavy Frost you're better off blowing on your windshield.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My heater went out on a very old Volkswagen and I didn't want to put any more money into the car. I just needed the condensation on the inside of the window to be defrosted so I can see. Unfortunately, not only does it do absolutely nothing, it doesn't even emit hot, warm or lukewarm air. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS. I was desperate and was looking for a quick fix. This, is most definitely not it.

Don't waste your money on this. Tried it for the first time today. Let it run for 20 minutes and it never even got a little warm. Blew cold air until I unplugged it and threw in it in the floorboard. Complete waste of money.

I bought it for my son's car because his heater is failing. This plug-in heater was a let-down. It took some time to heat up and then it just wasn't much heat at all. I expected more.

Not happy at all. This 'heater' didn't even warm my hands. The fan blew so much cool air, that even if it did give off heat it probably wouldn't work. Horribly disappointed!
