Poor design, hard to use.

Got this for our 4.5 month son and it was not at all comfortable to use as a carrier. Didn't feel safe at all to put the baby in or take him out because it requires for you to fully let go of the baby and raise your arms overhead to close the snap behind, from your back. Then, it was also very inconvenient to tighten and loosen the carrier once baby was in it. Worst case I imagined walking in the street with baby in carrier and if a bee flew in between us where I had to quickly react to get the child off me, it would not feel safe at all, in fact it would be rather impossible. I o ly felt comfortable enough to use it at home holding baby over the bed and yo loosen the straps and get him out, I had to ask for help. The hip carrier - didn't really feel it was worth $50 to leave the carrier just for the hip part. I ended up returning it and buying Baby Bjorn instead. That carrier's design makes sense and I use in any setting.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this carrier!! I own an Ergo360 and this one is so much cooler and easier to use. The sit makes all the difference. I purchased this to take our 5 month old to the baseball game with us. Best money I ever spent. My baby stayed cooler and sat better in this carrier then in my Ergo. I also like that you can just unzip the bottom off to take the baby out to change or feed. No need in taking everything off just to get the baby out. So easy to use.

I've just got this item and loves it for now. I have an ergo original, but needed different one for upcoming international travel since I could not put my 6 months old face out with ergo original.
It seems to be good quality, not as sturdy as ergo. But for the price I paid, I have no complain.
It has a couple pockets and one on the hip could hold my Note8 cell phone. It also came with regular hip support and a hood.
I put my son in it for a while, he looked comfortable and happy.
