After reading some of the reviews for this item I was a little unsure about ordering it. It works for me and for the purpose I needed it for, no sliding down the refrigerator at all. I do not have it overloaded, whiteboard markers and eraser fit just fine. I am puzzled about the suction cup that came with it but that is not a deal breaker! :)
