This is in fact a circle skirt, not a pleated skirt. It's more flowy. It's a very nice and comfortable fabric but the v is more plunging than shown. This would be more flattering if you have larger breasts. Also, if you're one of those people whose size is between S and M or M and L or XS and S, I would go with the size below. However, if one size usually fits you, I'd stick with that one.

This dress fits comfortably and has made a very light, soft and silky fabric it looks amazing and as a 5 foot three woman it cuts off just above the knees and I love the style for nice family, gatherings and beautiful spring photos sadly, though there is no pockets, but it is easy to put on.
