Yes and my wife decided to build a deck on our own but we wanted to keep low to the ground. This saved us time and it's holding up perfectly. And yes they are pricey but well worth it.

Built a 12x10 studio shed using these things and it is rock SOLID.
Did not have to break the ground or cut into my turf to do it. Would absolutely recommend for a shed, deck or anything needing a floating foundation. Not real popular out here on the West coast yet, it seems as no one had these in-store, but as a 'bored during COVID' project, these things took a lot of work out of what could have been a nightmare. 5 stars all the way.
