If you wear a collared shirt or, God forbid, a tie, these glasses will be up your nose.

At 60+ years I'm just fed up with never knowing where I last placed my glasses? So, without the benefit of a homing device to help locate them, these cords are the next best thing. I'll admit that my foolish pride forbade the use of an eyeglass leash for the longest time because of the old fashioned "geezer" look they impart. Then, there was the resultant grief at the loss of 2 expensive pairs of glasses that somewhat throttled my pride. Anyhoo, I'm relieved to report that these cords aren't as brazen as the chains and fake pearls. They have more of an athletic look. In fact, by color coordinating them with outfits, they may even fade away-- a bit.
I see better without my glasses on

When I am out walking the dog in the morning, I see better without my glasses on. However, if my dog gets something in her foot, I need to see it, and I have my glasses right there. I like the fact that these are leather and came in different colors and seem very sturdy. Gave one to a friend. These seem like a good buy and appear to be good quality.
