Actually this is my second one. I think I might of damaged the first one by trying to charge it with my phone "fast" charger.
The speaker is clear and the sun visor clip makes it even that much better.

Ungodly battery life, so far. I've had it for almost three months and I've only recharged it once. Typical use is when I'm at work. I'll hold about 5-7 conversations daily, lasting about an average of ten minutes. There have even been times when I accidentally left it on for five days at a time. It goes into a super low-power mode and is still ready to go when I get back in the car. The only drawback is that it can be a little temperamental when pairing. Also it doesn't have any way to alert you of the battery level or when it's low. It also has no way to tell you when charging is complete. Other than that, my advice for when you walk away from and it and come back, is to either hit the center button once, or turn it off and on again. This typically forces it to connect again with you phone, and saves a little trouble in the long run.
