The reason I give it a 2 star is that I cannot use it. They are too small for my head and keeps slipping off. My wife who is really petite wore it and said that it is perfect for her. That said, I cannot comment on the quality but I would not have paid this top dollars for something which advertises as a free size but doesn't fit. I was about to return it but cannot because I threw the amazon box.

These ear warmers are VERY warm. My ears are very sensitive to cold. Since I purchased these we have had some very cold weather here in Michigan: 0 degrees Fahrenheit actual. These have kept my ears toasty, and they are quite comfortable.

The only reason I gave this item 4 starts instead of 4 is I thought that for the price, they could have included something more sophisticated than a coat hanger (actually, I think the wire is made from spring steel) imbedded in the case. It is difficult, though not impossible to get these things to stay put when I move my head. Because these work so well in every other respect, I am wiling to put up with having to adjust them periodically.

Do make sure you put them on right side up (as shown and so the label is right side up) this does improve their performance in terms of staying put.

These are seriously the best things ever. They are very soft and very very warm. They fit me perfect, even fit my husband and kids.

I don't do these reviews very often but this product deserves it. It was 19 degrees here this morning and I wore these to work. I have about a 1/4 mile walk from the parking lot to the door and it is pretty windy. These things kept my ears and neck toasty for the walk in, I almost felt like they were getting warmer. I will come back and update after a longer exposure.

i really loved this item on the first day of its use. its so cold in nebraksa and today i was using it it was a lofe saver for me. i can feel my ear while walking outside of house.
