For a tall person

Not worth it! I bought this for my back thinking that it would help my posture because I am at a desk all day. You can adjust it... but barley... it's for a really tall person. Not ajustable for a smaller person.

I really like this chair. I expected that I will have to work up to using it for long periods of time, so I am using it for am hour at a time. It has already helped my back. It takes a while to get used to the pressure on the knee rest, because you are constantly pushing against it. Good mini workout for core and glutes too, everything is engaged instead of resting.

Con: Model with backrest does not have wheel locks. You can not adjust the angle on the seat or knee rest without changing the height of the chair. I really wish I could change the seat angle and knee rest angle independently. Still, great for the price! All of my coworkers want to try it.

Definitely hurts the shins for a bit but worth it to keep pressure of my groin area. I have mild swelling from lymph nodes removed in my groin and hurts after sitting all day.

This chair is really neat. My desk has adjustable height, and this chair works very well with it. I'm definitely sitting up straighter.
