The fabric/elastic that goes under the sole of the shoe is already starting to fray after second ride. Also the front lip of the catches on the clutch pedal if you are not careful, so you have to take time to learn to adjust the rotation of your ankle.

I am military and I ride my bike daily in uniform. I hate getting the shifter marks on my boots. This thing does a pretty good job, but I found the small elastic part that goes behind the heel a bit annoying so I cut it off and it doesn't affect the usability of it at all. The Velcro is pretty strong. Only complaint is that it becomes a bit slippery wearing this thing since the band that goes under your sole is so wide. Other than that, pretty good and cheap.
