Comfortable but definitely pulls everything in. I've had this for 5 days now and wear it every night to bed, and when I remember, during the day. In that time, my stomach has already started to flatten and tighten up. I run 3-5 days a week and should do more exercise like crunches and weights (I'll get back there one of these livelong days), but with this waist trainer it is starting to look like I have been faithful with my crunches, instead of unfaithful with that Gelato I ate. I'm 5'4 155 lbs and got the Medium, I'm at the first set of hooks, so it's perfect as I can work my way to the tightest as I lose more weight. This also works under clothes to slim the waist and give the ole chest a boost upwards. The best part? It doesn't roll up so it stays over on the gut I want to destroy! I followed the sizing chart you provided on the website down to the T to make sure I got the exact size. However, it turned out to be too large for me. I was disappointed because I absolutely LOVE the quality. It would've made a great workout waist trainer because it is flexible, easy to move in, but also provides great support.

The reason I did not dock a star from the review is because although the fit wasn't perfect, when I contacted customer support, they were prompt and offered to ship me a smaller size free of charge. I could tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their products. It's also hard to get the perfect sizing for everything since it is a range so I don't blame them. I am actually very impressed by the customer service. Not a bad purchase!

I am a size 4-6 in Women. I ordered a size small and it fit great. I love this corset. It doesn't ride up and its very comfortable. I've been wearing it now for a week and I can see the difference. I wear it around the house and to the gym. The zipper is a great feature but it does bunch up and doesn't stay completely smooth, but it's ok because the results are great.

I am 5"4 and I weigh 163lbs I got a Medium and im able to use the last row. Its comfortable breathable and it pulls me in nicely i think a large would be too large. I will be ordering another one for myself and my wife. My delivery came fast I have zero complaints

I love this waist trainer. I'm normally a large and that's what I order (5'8" and 170lbs). I wanted it to help thin my waist while I work out. However, the large doesn't fit as tightly as I thought it would. So I plan on getting the medium. I know people said don't size down. But if you plan to use it to help lose weight and not just look skinny then do size down.
