Do not buy if you want to place it over a toilet!

I bought this commode with the intention of placing it over the toilet. The seller advertised that new for 2018 it could be used this way. It did fit over my toilet after placing the peg on the leg on the third hole from the bottom up. At this height the person is too high above the toilet and I can imagine urine and feces will splatter all over (did not try it but I am pretty certain of it). Also, the person using this is 5'5" and their feet dangle at this height which makes it dangerous for them when trying to get up. I am upset because the box said I would not be able to return it once I opened it. However, the only way to realize this situation was by opening it and placing it over the toilet. I had previously bought the Medline Drop Arm Commode which does fit nicely over the toilet specially after I removed the metal guide for the pail. I should have bought that again. However, I wanted something that did not rust since the old Medline is full of rust after 1 year of use.

I love this chair!! It comes with longer legs to put it over the toilet. I need to donate mine to someone because I don't need them.
Also I have been traveling with this cammode- I learned to use bungee cords so the legs dont fall out and the seat stays folded. It would be perfect if it had a travel case so I can more easily travel with it. It's a little akward to pick up and move around when it's folded but way awesome to travel with compared to other commodes and way cheaper than $1200 for another one I was looking at. I wrap it in bubble wrap because airlines are rough with durable medical equipment- learned this the hard way and if my stuff comes off the plane in one piece I celebrate. (:

Purchased this BSC for my son that has medical issues that requires a daily enema where he sits for an hour. He is 4 years old and does not like to be confined to the bathroom and a child potty's does not hold the amount of output he has. We bought this product so he has the freedom to do his routine in his room. So far the Ultra Commode has fit our needs nicely. It is super comfortable, he loves it. We use a child cushion
on top of the seat and added tennis balls to the legs so it is shorter for him. It is portable for vacations and Hospital admits this is one of the reasons I chose this brand. I wish there was a way to add the toilet funnel along with the bucket to reduce splash this would make this product excellent. This was worth the extra price for comfort and portability.

My husband loves his new commode! He is 6 foot tall and just did not fit on the old gray commodes. We wish we had purchased this one before we tried 2 others. If you need a strong, comfortable bed side commode it's the one for you!! It's worth every penny!

Nice design product for the elderly or anyone needing comfort, style, and extra room to sit on a portable potty. Chairs only come in 2 colors (pink and blue). The only real issue with this commode is that the plastic liners tear when sliding them on the rough, unfinished track underneath the cushion seat. This can be a real challenge!
