The privacy screen works great. It is a must for anyone handling sensitive information in an open setting.
Note: there is a noticeable difference in brightness when using a privacy screen. The perceived dimming of the screen is the price you pay for filtering out unwanted attention. I got used to it quickly and have been satisfied with this purchase.

However, as a screen protector it falls short.
It's the equivalent of the thinnest layer of window tint you could install in a car.
