Good grief, we love this stuff! I'm gluten-free, but my husband isn't and we both love eating this with hummus and making pizza-esque flatbreads with it! It definitely needs to be baked, but that doesn't take long and it's worth the wait! I also like the naturalness of it (ingredients, etc), so I feel like I'm eating something really good for me too!

I was delighted to find a delicious gluten free bread/crackers that come the natural yucca plant root. It's good in fiber, high in Vitamin C and Potassium. I highly recommend this product for the taste and that it has nothing added to it but just the yucca root. I was also pleased with the shipment as well.
