Cracked slide and missing instructions

Great play house but slide was cracked and missing instructions! Keep calling and leaving messeges with no call back!
Delivery is a challenge

We had this swing set delivered three times. Each time the set came damaged or parts missing.

The product did arrive with a cracked slide; however, I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new one that arrived in 2 days. The new one arrived in perfect condition.

Box came severely damaged and 3 pieces of wood broken and several hex bolts and screws damaged causing us to take several trips to the local hardware store. Instructions are really too difficult as written and could be simplified. Took 2 people all day to complete with a 3rd person helping hold up pieces at times. I suggest giving yourself 1+ hr to lay out all pieces to do item check but also so that it is easier to find what you need.

The slide was cracked and one of the boards was cracked in half. They have to send me an entirely new play structure instead of just the parts which is super inconvenient since this box was huge and heavy. Super annoyed.
