I would give this item a 10 star, very nice good quality. Has a wire antenna in the back. The radio sound is good and blue tooth works great, a great item to have you can't go wrong, its a must have lovely to look at and enjoyable to listen to. Thank you seller.😊

Love, Love, Love this. It fits my style so well and there hasn't been any problem with connecting it to my iPad and playing music. I basically have been leaving it on and have the volume up then control it from my iPad. It was a GREAT buy and am very happy with it. Looks great. I just wish the dial lit up when it was on bluetooth and not just when its on radio, would look cooler.

This is a great little Cathedral style radio-- I use it to connect to my phone via Blu Tooth and listen to old time radio shows on it. Four stars because the light on the dial only comes up when the radio is on-- it would be really cool if it came on while I was using it with my phone.
As for the reviewer who complained there were no instructions-- you don't need them if you have even the most basic understanding of Blu Tooth.
Plug it in and turn it on via the volume button-- the Power light (red) will come on.
On the left you have another dial which reads FM AM ST-- turn it to ST and above that is a little light labeled BT which will light up-- this is the Blu Tooth. The light will blink as it's in pairing mode. Go to your device Blu Tooth setting and look for VINTAGE RADIO-- click on that and its connected.
The sound is great-- nice speaker. The radio itself is a tiny bit smaller than a "real" Cathedral radio but its solid, well built has a five year warranty-- this is a good buy.

I used this radio with the Bluetooth in a play I directed for our community theatre. It had to play 1930's music as well as an old Louis boxing match. We can seat 90 in our theatre and it sounded great even in the back row! It looked absolutely authentic too. We did have to cover the red and blue lights of course. It is a shame the radio dial doesn't light up while in Bluetooth mode tho. Now it's a prominent piece in my house I'm using and getting a real kick out of.

Excellent. The tuner is very touchy when changing stations, but the reception itself is possibly the best I've experienced with a radio built after 1970, especially because it has an antenna wire that can be extended and positioned. Bluetooth works flawlessly and bonus for the simple device name (Vintage Radio) and the vintage chime sounds when connecting. Nice touch. Sound is pretty good, in line with other Bluetooth speakers and radios if similar size and cost. Like others, the Bluetooth is a little too soft compared to the radio. I wish the piece itself was bigger, it just looks kinda wrong on my kitchen counter. Overall I think this compares favorably with other Bluetooth radios in its price range, so the beautiful vintage style cabinet is a bonus. Downside is no battery, so this is strictly a tabletop unit.
