This shirt is adorable! It is super stretchy and comfortable. My daughter is tall and thin (4'7 55 lbs) and sometimes shirts in her size are too short but this shirt fit true to size and with it being so stretchy I think it will fit for a few years. Bonus!
The color is a bright neon that doesn't fade and the material is a soft spandex type material.
Clearly a sports bra or short tank must be worn underneath. I would purchase in several more colors in the future.
