Product is OK, but the included self-adhesive felt pads simply do not stick to the bottom of the plastic glides. They literally fell off when I turned the chair over after installation. I had to rough up the bottom of the glides with sandpaper for the felt pads to stick at all and even then they do not seem very secure.
