Purchased for my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. Excellent fit and easy installation. It does not interfere with the operation of the touch screen. Only recommendation, make sure that your hands are washed and the touchscreen is very clean and free of dust prior to installation. The directions are somewhat vague but there are plenty of YouTube videos (some better than others) showing installation of this type of product.
