As a mobile therapist, I require a huge toolbox of toys and fidgets to keep my kiddos engaged. Complaints on other small hoops that I hear from other therapists is they're flimsy, easy to break, made of poor materials etc so I decided to drop a few extra bucks on a nicer model. Sure enough, it's been resilient & strong through my most hyper kiddos! The rim has a spring that gives it some wiggle room and avoids breaking. The whole system breaks down easily and is easy to travel. I love that the mechanism that allows it to hang on any door is covered in thick padding & never makes a mark on any surface. I can also fully close the door with the hoop mounted. I've never had an issue yet! It's great for working on positive self talk and deep breathing and body mindfulness. I ask my kiddos to say something positive every time they miss a shot & to take a deep breath before each throw. It's an awesome tool and I anticipate it lasting me for my entire career!

The item I recieved was definitely used, as the backboard had ball marks and multiple deep scuffs. The pump broke when I pumped up the rubber ball (going in was no issue, and it actually pumped the ball up, but pulling the needle out, the entire plastic tip broke off with the needle still attached..letting all the air out of the ball, and making the pump unusable).
I kept the hoop because I bought it for an office competition, and a replacement would not have arrived in time.
The quality of the hoop is okay. The rim doesn't sit flush/even, but it's still fun to have around the office.

My 6 year old loves this hoop and was so excited to receive it for Christmas. It was easy to put together and fits over our door perfectly! The only "issue" I have is that the included pump did not work. Or it could have been user error. The pump didn't fit the hole in the basketball and there wasn't a pin included to get the air from the pump to into the basketball. Nevertheless, we had a pump in the garage that worked perfectly.
The soft balls included are extremely quiet and work well. I was concerned my son would not be interested in using those but he took to them well and uses them more than the rubber ball.

The product exceeded my expectations! Very well built, with metal rim and plastic board. All of my friends that came over was impress by it and challenge me for a few games. It came with two cotton based ball and a miniature size ball. I primarily use the soft cotton balls because it's very quality. Rim is very stable on the door.
