Very Good Crust, and Can't Beat the Convenience!
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•October 1, 2023
UPDATE: An ~awesomely~ good crust, made better by brushing on a thin bit of olive oil on the crust first.. No more than 1 Tblsp will cover the entire crust.. Add your sauce of choice, then sprinkle on your pizza spices.. Adding the spices early in the process keeps them from charring..
Add some cheese slices, then your toppings, then a last sprinkling of shredded cheese, and you're done!
Best. Pizzas. Ever...
I read a number of the reviews on these, both good and bad, so had some concerns (not the least of which is you have to buy THIRTY of them) but went ahead and took a chance on these...
After eating three of them....the bottom-line is... they're worth it!
I had some concern that they would be stuck together when I received them (as others have mentioned), and they were a bit, but just took my time in separating them, and they peeled away from one another slowly but surely, and completely intact... No bits or pieces stuck to one another or ripping of any kind..
And I found them substantial enough to just slide them off of my cutting board (smooth surface, NOT the same board as my pizza cutting board), and didn't need any cornmeal or flour to slide them off and onto the oven rack..
I've made 3 pizzas so far, two with alfredo sauce, and one with pizza sauce.. Found the flavor to be very good, and love the crispness of the thin crust.. I heat them for about 8 minutes, at 435 degrees, directly on the oven rack (set at the uppermost position of my oven).. Then pull it out of the oven when the edges start to brown a bit... Turns out perfect...
I wish you didn't have to buy 30 crusts at a time (maybe a 3-pack of three crusts would be ideal, Pastorelli?), but these are very, very good...
And obviously it's impossible to beat the convenience, so I'm very, very happy with these, and......once I work through the whole box (the to-be-used ones are in the freezer), I will be buying more of these...
Making a pizza for dinner is now one of the easiest and quickest dinners I make.. Thank you, Pastorelli!

Fit my ingredient needs

My local grocery store stopped carrying pizza crusts to fit my daughter's ingredient needs, so I picked these up for our weekly pizza nights. I love that you can reseal the bag. We only use 2 crusts at a time, and the seal has kept the extra fresh even a few weeks out (some weeks we opt for frozen pizza if traveling that weekend). The expiration date is plenty far enough in the future that we'll use all the crusts before then as well.

I don't normally leave reviews, but we're obsessed with these pizza crusts... As in we're having pizza basically ever day 😂 love being able to experiment with flavors and control the calories. So far we've had pepperoni, bbq chicken, and red curry chicken pizza 🤤 all ranging from about 600-900 calories for half a pizza (depending on toppings - the crust itself is about 250 cals for half), which is extremely filling. May take us a while to work through all 30 crusts, but with def buy more.
Delicious healthy alternative

I thought these were really great. I paired them with the same brand sauce. The packaging can be difficult to reseal, but once you get it, it's a good seal, its just too difficult to get honestly. I like to cook for like 12 minutes, but I add a lot of toppings, and it comes out so crispy (I use a very large toaster oven to cook, on rack). Just so good!
Perfect thin cracker crust

I love these when I don't have time to make a crust from scratch.
I'll be back for more
