Reading some reviews about how "thin" or "flimsy" these are I was worried but after they got here I was pleasantly surprised. They do have some flexibility in them but being a solid piece they'd have too. If they were any more stiff you'd never be able to get them in or out for cleaning. These are on par with $180- $200 Rough Country brand. I've had a $250 high lipped set from RC and I'd prefer these solely for them being so easy getting in and out.

Fit is perfect, I will update this review with a Longevity Review and warranty service if I wear a hole in it or something. I assume the lifetime warranty covers the product if it starts falling apart on you, one would hope. I wear work boots often So it will be put to the test for sure. First day, i like how they fit and look. Time will tell on the rest.
