This is a disaster. Almost every experiment needed things that were not included, and not simple everyday household items.. My granddaughter was very excited at first, but soon very disappointed.

I like this product. I am disappointed that one of my bottles was already open upon arrival, so now we can't do the experiments that calls for it. Also, I think it would be a good idea to update the description of this item, so it would offer the information about other items needed to do the majority of the experiments.

My 8yr loved this gift! It has lots of experiments to try and gave him hours of entertainment. The instructions were easy to follow and the experiments and activities were tons of fun. He loved the experiments and I loved that it's also educational. I highly recommend this kit!

This is an awesome kit for a young budding scientist. It's also great for kids that aren't interested in science to give them a hands on learning experience while having fun. It's simple yet helps them learn how and why things react. It'd be a great kit for homeschoolers or an after school project.

What a great little set! I got this for my cousin, and he absolutely loves it! I was a bit worried when I saw that there were chemicals included, but they aren't really anything harmful. The experiments are all really cool, and easy enough for kids to do on their own with some supervision. The instruction booklet is easy to understand and follow! It really is a great value for everything included... there are hours of enjoyment available in one little kit! I prefer to give gifts that will teach kids something, while still being fun and this kit fits the bill! It's labeled for ages 8+ but I see even kids a little older getting a lot of enjoyment from it! Great gifts for the budding scientist, and for boys and girls alike!
