Ordered this product as gifts for two friends and I love them! French horn charms are more detailed than seen in the picture and charms are intact. The only small problem I would say is that the Alexandrite birthstone is paler than what an actual alexandrite looks like (It is not a huge concern). I must add that the chain of the necklace is smaller and nicer looking in person than what appears on picture. Product also came with a cute and professional business card. My shipment came in 2 days earlier than expected which is very pleasing.I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to give a special horn player in their life a customized gift!

Charms were slightly smaller than expected....should have paid more detail to sizing but otherwise very pretty necklace and my teen daughter loved. Delivery said would be after Christmas after p!acing my order but delivered weeks before scheduled
