Does the job strapping the extinguisher tot he roll bar. Will have to see how it holds up on rough terrain, but velcro straps are pretty stout.

Came with no instructions but none were needed. It's a pretty simplistic method with velcro attached around the roll cage and then velcro surrounding the extinguisher. I was impressed by the strength of the velcro, I expected cheap velcro. Would recommend.
My extinguisher is happy now!

Used with a Shield 2.5 lb fire extinguisher in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited without any issues. Easy to install as expected.
It still holds extinguisher at the moment at least until I can get a Better Built
