The items are in good condition, however, I don't think I will be able to use it in a children's party because of the VERY strong chemical smell( gasoline-like). And I don't think this is something I can wash it off either.

Just the length I needed and perfect for the center of our farmhouse table. I did not experience a chemical smell and did have to iron it when it arrived, because it had been folded over many times. The lace is nice and looks like it's attached to the burlap securely.

Used this for a booth at our chilli fest, we went for classy and we won. The details with this got s much attention. Easily spot cleaned with a damp rag, I don't know that I would wash it. This is super cute and classy.
