I am 54 and 120 pounds and the medium fits perfectly. Better yet they are the softest thing I have ever put on my body. I hand washed them in cold water and hung them up to dry, and they were dry in less than 10 hours. I tried them on again, and the fit is still the same. I have not had to wear them in cold climates, so I still do not know how they will react but according to reviews I expect they will be great.
