Just out of the box, I am 100% satisfied. The engraving on both sides (Name & Birthdate) was etched to perfection, exactly as I requested"”and I'm so happy for that! For me, it is the perfect size, not large & gaudy, not small. The heart is a tad small, but I love the delicacy of that. Under lights, I'm sure it will shine beautifully. I feel like I got all the value for what I paid. No, it is not fine Sterling Silver; it's exactly as stated at the right price for such a pretty piece. The media could not be loaded. I have had this necklace for over a month and I shower with it and never take it off and it hasn't rusted ! It's very beautiful and unique! I got this to remember my mom by and it comes with a tool if you want to put ashes in it and a nice velvet bag! I love this necklace and love that you can put ashes in it and it doesn't look like your Typical urn necklace.

This was a gift so I was a little hesitant when I bought this as a gift. When it arrived, it was more than I expected! I was very impressed with the quality. The rings are thick and very solid & the chain is not cheap at all. I feel this will last forever. Although I didn't have the heart to put ashes in the urn, I did put strands of hair and it was very easy to install. I would recommend to anyone who is grieving pet baby. It's beautiful, it's worth the $.
