Didn't work for my needs, but appears to be a quality product

I bought this for a different purpose: to wrap around my kydex holster to "soften" the edges that create pressure points while wearing the holster. It worked beautifully for that, the adhesive stuck extremely well to the kydex, and it's just thin enough that the leather stretched and followed the 3D contours of the holster exactly but thick enough to add cushioning where I needed it to be.
However, I ran into another problem, which isn't the fault of the maker. Suede leather against bare skin will rub you raw! Then I tried wearing with a tucked in shirt, and the suede is grippy enough that it then moves the t-shirt enough that THAT rubbed me raw. I was forced to peel it off (which wasn't easy) and am trying moleskin now. If that doesn't work I'll try some smooth sided leather.

Worked great. Cut large enough to wrap slightly up the sides and then, for good measure, awl-stitched around the periphery. Only wear indoors, so seems to be lasting and is no worse than the original Minnetonka sole.
