Product is great. It feels light but it's sturdy; all the pieces slide into place well.
My only complaint is that a template for the mounting holes are not included anywhere. The top mounting hole is not visible from the outside, so there's no way to trace the holes for the mounting screws. I get not wanting to waste paper, but why not print them on the box, instead of those pandas? Granted it was easy enough to solve by making an impression with pencil and paper, but it was an extra nuisance that seemed unnecessary.
Otherwise, it's a nifty little product. Very small. Already hung-dried a hoodie and a couple of shirts at the same time, so it's certainly sturdy.
