Does actually hold its shape and food, even with moist foods. Great low calorie & low carb wrap. Heavyspinach flavor, so make sure you like spinach before purchase. I do, so I will continue buying and using them.
My only wish is that there was something to separate the shells inside the package as they do stick a little. You have to be careful not to tear them when getting one out of the package. Great product overall and I'm appreciative the company thought of these!

They are very small.. but pretty good. Very paper thin as well, and they have a sweet taste to them. I love them on my Keto Diet.. I use them for egg and bacon wraps. They do the trick. YUM!
