Great for hanging hats

I needed a way to hang my hats to make more room in my closet. These were exactly what I needed. I ordered the white ones and they were coated almost like a laquer which I liked. I also appreciated that they packaged them with the screw end covered so that it wouldn't scratch the painted wood part. Also came with anchors although I didn't need them b/c my hats are not that heavy.

I used these pegs for hanging baseball-style hats in a closet. They are flawlessly made and look great, and were easily installed on a wood board after pre-drilling holes using the right drill bit size. (A hole too small makes them difficult to screw in.) The board was first mounted on a wall anchored to the studs so that the pegs could be ideally spaced to accommodate several hats. No more searching for a hat!
