We replaced a primarily plastic shower sprayer with this and I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to find this one! The hardware is high quality and the sprayer is really outstanding. The output is far more powerful than the one we replaced and the trigger lock option is awesome when we're washing the dog. Our shower and glass is also cleaner now as this does an awesome job at knocking soap residue off all the surfaces. Our 85lb pibble didn't seem to mind it a bit for his baths but I do think they're kind of selling the sprayer short by calling it a "dog shower sprayer" as I'd have one of these in my shower even if I wasn't washing a beast in there; we use it after every shower! I've also been using it to clean mud off sandals, spray down car seats, etc...

I did spend some time trying to piece together a similar setup out of parts that have a nickel finish to "match" our bathroom fixtures before ordering this one. The total for brushed nickel parts was 33% more expensive than this kit and the sprayer heads (actually all bidet sprayers it seems) did not have a trigger lock. And since they're made for your bum I assume they aren't as powerful either :-) After installing I was really happy with how well this chrome blended with the other fixtures. It certainly doesn't "match" but it's not an unpleasant combination.

We did get a brushed nickel suction cup holder for the sprayer in lieu of installing the holder that comes with the kit which requires a screw in your tile.

I tried 3 different dog shower sprayer heads before this one. This one by far blew me away. My English Bulldog has very thick fur and it's hard right get him wet down to the skin. This sprayer certainly did the trick, it has enough pressure and puts out enough water ti really get him wet and rinse the shampoo off. Also you can control the flow of the water by how hard you pull the trigger. Some people mentioned the sprayer is a little slippery when your hands are wet/soapy. This is true but I only had an issue once, I kept a towel nearby to dry my hand a little first. Also when not in use NO LEAKS. Very nice quality and loved that it comes with a diverter that is also nice quality and actually metal, not painted plastic to look like metal like other sprayers have. Very satisfied and recommendating to everyone I know!

This is a great sprayer. No leaks, beautiful finish. It will not work with older Waterpix shower sprayers with the flex hose you will need to buy and extension. I only wish my shower head was as strong as this sprayer. It is great for washing the dogs, the hose is plenty long. I love it for rinsing the shower after cleaning.
The only complaint is that the sprayer is hard to hold with soapy hands. I am still working on what to do about that. I was thinking the glue down shower floor anti-slip strips might work. I just can't find them for sale.

This is absolutely PERFECT for my use - bathing a large lab mix. It's incredibly easy to install and comes with everything necessary to get it working and hang on the wall. I love that you have to hold down the handle in order to get a spray. This would be frustrating if it were advertised for the shower and cleaning yourself, but for a dog wash, this prevents spray going everywhere (because dogs aren't always the best in the bath).

My one complaint is that it can get a little slippery when you have soap all over your hands, and since you have to hold it down in order to use it, there's not an easy to way to do this when you're all soapy. A great update would be to have rubber around the handle to prevent slips.

I can't emphasize how great this is. It also has a good solid spray, but if you're bathing a smaller dog you can adjust how hard the pressure is by putting less pressure on the handle. It made bathing my pup much, much easier.

this sprayer is really nice. easy to install. only down side might be that there is no spray adjustment for a softer or harder spray on the nozzle.
