Update: As my product review states below I did not like this product and will never use it again. However, it needs to be noted that Hawaiian deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. I initially thought I didn't have any recourse given my bad experience with this product. But not long after I expressed my disdain with the product a company representative contacted me and after a painless exchange the company resolved my issue. You are more than welcome to purchase and gather your own experiences with this product but do so knowing you are supporting a company that not only values your opinion but guarantees your satisfaction.
Original: Boy oh boy worst mistake I've ever made... I love sno cones but don't know of any shops near by. So I decided to buy this pack now I'm out my money and don't have any sno cones; seeing as I'm not going anywhere near these things again. First flavor I tried was root beer and not only was it horrible but it made me sick to my stomach. It came sealed and well with in its expectation date. I can only hope it was a bad batch if not I can't fathom as to why they would sell something that has the equivalent taste of what rubbing alcohol smells like....
