A unique way to work out!

I just received the HIIT Pro Rebounder in the mail and tried it out last night. The product is attractive and seems quite sturdy and well-made. It took a little time to put together and there were 2 washers and a thin metal rod curled at the end that I didn't know what to do with as they aren't mentioned in the instructions. Not using them didn't seem to affect the rebounder in any way, though. I've only used the rebounder flat; the inclined position looks really advanced to me and I don't feel comfortable trying it yet. It was fun yet challenging to use and I love that they included weighted gloves and 2 workout DVDs. I bought it primarily for running in place since I'm a runner and it will be useful during inclement times of the year. I don't think it's as effective a workout as actual running, but it is a nice substitution when a low-impact cardio work-out is needed or when weather is bad. I currently require -impact due to a minor running injury which is the main reason for the purchase. I do like the options of DVD workouts to keep it interesting. My only complaint right now is that the springs began to make some mild noise the more I used it. Perhaps it needs an occasional application of WD-40 lubricant or oil? Overall, I am pleased with my purchase; I just hope it stands the test of time!

I love how it needs very little assembly. It basically unfolds when you need it. Then folds back up to a quarter of it's size. To be put up out of the way. The only assembly is the stability bar that comes with it. This bar is only meant to help you keep your balance not hold your weight. I like the metal coils as I feel these will last longer the bungee cords. This comes with an exercise cd and one with directions on how to use the trampoline. I got this for rebound exercises. I read that these are easier on your joints. The only cons are the cover for the coils is not wide enough. It leaves about an inch of coil exposed. I'm sure there's a simple fix. The next is that no storage bag came with it. I would love a padded bag as this has some weight to it. It is very sturdy. I would recommend this product. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the stability bar is not as solidly connected as the rest of the unit. It moves while in use. However, I do appreciate having the bar. It also did not come with a storage bag which truly adds to the portability.
Great "starter rebounder"

This is my first rebounder. I was not sure if this exercise would work for me as I am older and have arthritis. I have gone very gently in my workouts, but after two months, I am noticing a lot more strength in my legs and even my arms as I add upper body to the workout. My balance is 100% improved. I am a larger person and bought this more sturdy model. It supports me fine. However, when I have enough money, I will purchase the "Cadillac" brand rebounder because they say it is better for my arthritis (the platform does not give as much when used, which decreases the pressure on the joint). Great way to start rebounding. If I weighed less and did not have joint issues, I would probably stick with this rebounder indefinitely.
Handle could be dangerous?

Overall I think this is a quality item that suffers from an unfortunate issue if you are counting on a stable handlebar. Set up would have been a breeze had the handle fit properly. Assembly of the 3-part handle went together easily, but one arm VERY barely fit in the leg post. It took a LOT of pressure and force to even get it started. Once attached, the handle wiggles around so much it is a distraction and makes me think it might break if I had to catch myself with it. So irritating that I took the thing off (which was also not fun).
Hopefully I'll get the hang of this quickly and have no need for support anyway.
Again, the trampoline itself feels very good, seems well made and is quiet. So I'm keeping it.

This was not a purchase made on a whim. I am a bit older, not a light weight, and I have hip and knee issues. This rebounder looked like it would check all of the boxes - sturdy, well made, easy to store. I was excited to receive it, but immediately disappointed that some of the advertised accessories were missing. I reached out to customer support, and they responded immediately; they were very gracious, and I had everything I needed within the same week of receiving my initial delivery!! Set up is a breeze, the rebounder itself is even better than I anticipated, the DVDs are great, and I was able to easily access more videos online! I have gone from hating the idea of exercise to looking forward to a bouncing good time that really gets the heart rate up there. If you want a quality rebounder at a fair price, and you appreciate great customer service, then you can't go wrong with this one!
