The board is very attractive and goes well with any home decor. It's sturdy and wipes clean with a damp rag very easily. Be sure to use a lint free rag to avoid any leftover debris from cleaning.

Writes great and can easily wipe off. I hung it up, and then noticed there are bubbles on all sides of the frame. I thought this was stained, so I'm hoping there is a stainable wood behind it, for when it starts to peel. Luckily it's on a wall that doesn't have much light on it so I'm the only one who will notice.

Forget dry erase boards. They are ugly and never come clean. This chalkboard is very clean and really pretty. I bought neon chalk markers to go with it. It displays all of the magnets I get from traveling. Looks much better than putting them on the fridge where they fall off and break. I bought a second one for my nephew. He liked it too.
The writing is so clear to see - best chalkboard. The magnetic aspect is a bonus.

I bought 3 of these for a long wall where my grandkids can get as creative as they want. Their names are at the top of each. The smoothness of writing is better than any chalkboard; easy to see what you write or draw. The magnetic part is a PLUS while kids are young and love magnetic animals etc., I would highly recommend this ( I thought of painting chalkboard paint on wall - it would never be this nice)
