Feels like the original but be aware..

The band is kinda short, comparing to the original one. I almost ran out of holes to tuck it or whatever you call it. Seller should mention this, the rest is ok

The actual color is much "brighter" - like almost "shining/phosphor color, which is a bit more than I've expected. But the band itself is very comfortable.

2 band parts - one piece lined up & the pin went in easy. The other side's holes do not line up at all. It does NOT fit!

It's a replacement, but not the same quality and lenght as the original band for my m400. I just switch it out with my wife's watch band as her wrist is smaller.
Make sure the watch head is clean of any debris which may be left behind from a previous broken band

To echo a lot of the comment below:
Positive, I think the band is a little softer.
Negative, the band is a little shorter - so if you have very big wrists you may have an issue; however, for me it just means I'll be using it on the fifth hole from the end.
It does take a bit of patience to get the holes aligned and the pin through, but I think in the end this is a good thing as it means it's a tight and secure fit.
The biggest thing I have to add, is make sure all of the inlet holes on the actual watch are clear of debris. For me, my old band broke and I didn't realize that it had left a chunk of perfectly smooth plastic in the middle hole on one side of the watch. It meant I was able to get one band on fairly easily while struggling for entirely too long on the other. When I finally realized that it looked like the hole wasn't deep enough I began to dig at it with a screw driver and finally got the old plastic to pop out. Then the second band fit nice and secure and allowed for the pin to slide through.
